Time scales and booking dates
We will always complete the required work in the time frame agreed and at the quote given. Be assured we will never ‘stop and start’ a project unless directed by the customer.We are not a company that believes in ‘juggling’ jobs. We know this causes lengthy delays and additional costs for customers who need to complete their project in a time frame and on budget. We only take on the work load we can actually deliver in agreed time frames.
As we are a small company working locally, it allows us to provide a speedy service through all stages: From initial visit through supplying a quote, booking a start date and completing the work. We pride ourselves in are quick response to all work requests and feel this is a way that we can enhance customer service.
Any alterations that are required suddenly, will be undertaken swiftly. We will alter and remove scaffolding in line with customer requirements and without long waiting times. We realise that having to wait for trades is costly and frustrating in a building project.
Quotes and Costs
Additional costs for alterations, pavement licences and ‘over hire’ of the scaffolding equipment are often added onto the final invoice without the customers prior understanding of any additional costs. An area that often catches the customer out when choosing a company. People often find that the initial quote can be very different to the final invoice.
We will always discuss this at the initial quote visit and always be fully transparent over costing.
We will never ask for payment up front. Payment will only be required when the scaffolding has been erected. If any alterations are required during the project, they will be quoted for separately and invoiced following the alteration.
